THE CONCEPTION OF ”TOLERANCE”

CONTRADICTS THE RESPECT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS

The tolerance is the endurance of the world leaders

whom renounce the revenge to feel well

The conception of tolerance, an instrument adopted by democracy for the reduction of conflicts and discriminations, contradicts sure the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, in which the equality of dignity and rights is recognized to all people of the Hearth (equality into diversities).

The tolerance suggests the endurance what must be comprised, to favorite dialogue and communication with people who acts, thinks and behaves in a different way from own, because nobody wants to be tolerated, but comprised.

To understand the reasons for other’s people behavior is surely the best way to be on the same wavelength as values expressed in Universal Declaration of Human Rights and for resolution of conflicts.

With tolerance we pose again the each other superiority, that depends, even if in different ways, on the survival of the fittest against weakest, in contradiction with democracy principles. The weakness must be understood not only physically, but above all psychologically, economically and socially.

There’ll be the real respect for human dignity when human being will rich to love and understand anyone rebels against our actions and our ideas, for different reasons. To be respected the law, the rules and the norms must be recognized in their rightness by people. In this sense, the familiar and social education has the responsibility of the individual’s behavior (ignorantia excusat).

The rights integrate the dews, so together they regulate the individual and social behavior in the evolution of human consciousness.

The “good” tolerates, the “wicked” doesn’t; this conception doesn’t do truth  justice, because consciousness is continuously  in conflict between the formal and substantial aspect of social rules. Good and evil can be replaced by research of justice that really gives awareness of mistakes made, promoting human evolution.

Everything imposed to the brain doesn’t turn into “right” consciousness at all, but remains an instrument of the brain to impose in its turn on others.

On the contrary, everything is spontaneously recognized as an useful (right) value enriches the individual’s consciousness and drives him to wisdom.
