The political-economic situation of the world has by now exasperated all those processes that in a manner could have been able to supply a possible resolution to the international disputes that the two superpowers are fighting since a log time for the world’s hegemony. No nation is left out from such a situation and this must let us understand that no one is free from the responsibility of what will occur in the next future. Great pacifist movements all over the word are denouncing the forces array, the quantities of nuclear weapons in the arsenals, the consequences of a Third Word War. Undoubtedly all this has created and continues to create an opinion movement, but it does not suffice to achieve world peace. We now for sure that everyone defends his own positions and thinks to be right in carrying on his own politics, both of defence or f attack. We of C.E.U. (the Centre for Human Evolution Studies) would like to affirm on the occasion of this Meeting that there will be no possibility of solution or of safety for the world’s populations until one will continue to side politically with one or the other of the superpowers. It is impossible to think that peace may be achieved by means od judging right or wrong the one or the other superpower. So, to think concretely of peace means ti prepare oneself mentally, culturally, politically and scientifically for a new path which integrates all the existing elements of break and which demonstrates scientifically how the only possibility of pacific survival of people cannot but pass through a process of scientific, economic, social integration. Only in this way, in fact, will be possible an integrated co-operation thus abolishing all struggles for the superiority of one people on the other one, thanks to the insertion of a dynamic scientific factor that could allow those evolutionary pushes tending to improve life standards and the relationships among peoples in every field of huma knowledge, be it under the scientific, socio-economic and cultural aspects. The theme of this International Meeting UNITED FOR PEACE is “per se” a psychological key that enlightens a will which goes beyond every form of political conditioning, with the aim of allowing the single human individual to address his efforts towards the neutrality od ideas for the achievement of world peace. In various international circles we of C.E.U. have had the opportunity to express what emerged clamorously from our studies and research on integrated sciences and in the field of neuropsychophysiology, that is to say that the situations of disequilibrium in which world finds itself depend exclusively not on an human will, but rather on a cerebral mechanism which tends to defend, to conserve, to affirm, to potentiate what the human brain has neurologically memorized as cultural, social environmental codes (i.e. the conservation of biochemical energy, that forms cultural models which will realize themselves at a cerebral level through neurological networks defended by the biologic mechanism from any attack of attempt tending to modify such memorizations). We must therefore overcome this cerebral mechanism of ours that pushes us to protect automatically a cultural model discriminating the other one, without considering that what makes us different from our fellows is the education that spurred us and still spurs us to discriminate all that does not associate to what we have previously memorized. In fact every human being only desires to be respected as such, and cannot but rebels whenever his freedom, his individual growth, his evolution come to be limited. As a scientific body (non-political, non-party oriented and non-profit making), we declare our full availability to provide with an advice service over the parts all those that own lives to the achievement of world peace and to the brotherhood among peoples. We have by now attained the comprehension of all those scientific factors that demonstrate unequivocally that all on our planet is interdependent; this conviction has to push the scientific researcher to search in his observation for the objective demonstration of interacting elements integrating the processes with no discrimination. Unfortunately, relating this concept to human society, we can ascertain that discrimination is ruling over the Earth and it is just such a discriminating attitude to provoke familiar, social and international wars.

By means of our will we must therefore consider that all may be integrates, thus facilitating the various solutions that still escape to the comprehension of international operators. Such a transformation has to take into consideration:

That the education imparted up to the present day at every level pushes

the individual to repeat scientific and cultural models. This impedes the

higher cerebral functions the creative expression, making man like a

“robot”;

That the sciences must provide with highly scientific tools the

administrators and the governments, so as to do justice to all peoples

without discrimination of any kind.  In order to do so, it is necessary to

eliminate the excessive scientific sectorializations, thus creating the new

figure of professor (teacher and researcher) of Integrated Sciences:

integrated sciences have the aim of humanizing all people;

That man substantially is not different from any other human being and

what differentiates a man from his fellows is the culture and the

education he receives from birth on. In the intercultural exchange

among peoples it is respect that everyone has to have for the respective

natural, social, cultural environments;

That the educational curricula of every nation have to include as a

common basis the principles issued by the United Nations and universally

accepted all over the world, suitably adapted to the different stages of

the individual’s biological development.  It arose from our studies that if

education, we will impose them limits that cannot but lead us in the

situation in which we find ourselves.

This short report let us understand that it exists and is available to find is a

real and concrete will that puts itself unselfishly at the service of the

whole mankind.
